    Meet Katie Ross! Katie is a member of our Accelerator team and has been working at Union Kitchen for 5 months.

    Position: Junior Associate on the Accelerator team
     
    What's your favorite thing about your job? It is hard to choose just one! I really enjoy working with our amazing brands and giving them the tools they need to launch and grow their food business. I also love my team and look forward to seeing them each and every day.

    What is your favorite Union Kitchen product and why? My favorite Union Kitchen product has to go to Pinsa.Love! It is seriously the best frozen pizza out there.
     

    What was your first job? My first job was working as a hostess at my family's restaurant! I worked there on and off through high school and college.

    What's one thing most people don't know about you? In a few years, I plan on taking over my family's restaurant! My grandparents started the business in 1959 with only $5,000 in their pockets. Now, 63 years later, my mom and uncle are the co-owners of the business. I am the only one in the family with an interest in taking over the restaurant, so it's a good thing I have a passion for food!

    What animal would you consider your spirit animal? A kitty because that somehow became my nickname at work

    What's one thing on your bucket list? I really want to go to Iceland!
