Fob Request

Once we receive your fob request, we will get it set up for you and put it in your member locker. Please note that all additional fobs are $10.

You are also responsible for orienting each employee using our Kitchen Orientation and the Member Handbook. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to membership@unionkitchen.com.

Equipment Set-Up

Mechanizing is an exciting step in scaling up your business! We've outlined the process below so that we are all on the same page and can get your new equipment set up as quickly and smoothly as possible:

  1. Complete the Equipment Set-Up Form below

  2. Once approved, our team will be in touch with a pricing quote for the work

  3. We will send you an invoice (*required payment upfront)

  4. We dispatch our supplier to complete the work

 

 

 



 

Membership Termination Notice

We have a 120-day notice policy. This means you are required to let us know in writing 120-days in advance of your planned move out date. Please fill out our termination form below to complete the notification process.
