Frequently Asked Questions
What do you mean by "Unlimited Production Access"?
Exactly how it sounds! All membership packages include 24/7/365 access to our facility. The same goes for our office space.
What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 equipment?
Tier 1 equipment includes communal essentials like ovens, mixers, steam kettles, and more! Tier 2 equipment (e.g., blast chillers, extruders) is more specialized and can be unlocked with the Tier 2 Equipment Access add‑on.
How do equipment access days work?
Each membership includes a set number of equipment days (2, 5, 8, or unlimited). An equipment day grants access to Tier 1 equipment for a consecutive 8-hour day. You can purchase extra day passes if you exceed your monthly allocation.
What counts toward my equipment days?
Using any Tier 1 equipment or specialty rooms (Gluten‑Free, USDA‑Meat Certified, etc.) counts as an equipment day. Prep, packaging, storage, and office use do not count toward equipment days.
Can I change my membership?
You can upgrade your membership at any time. Our team will help you adjust your package and billing accordingly.
Do you provide support with licensing and certifications?
Absolutely. Our food safety and licensing experts guide you through the process of obtaining the necessary permits and ensure you meet all health and safety requirements.
