Berg Bites Launches In Sprouts Farmers Market

Congratulations to Berg Bites for launching in supermarket chain Sprouts! 

Berg Bites, a protein packed gluten free energy bite founded by Daniel Berg, are now launching in supermarket chain Sprouts Farmers Market. Sprouts is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and offers a wide selection of natural and organic foods, including fresh produce, bulk foods, packaged groceries, baked goods, and more. Sprouts employs more than 35,000 workers and operates more than 340 stores in 23 states. 

The idea behind Daniel Berg’s company Berg Bites began when he was a kid, growing up in New York City with an active lifestyle. He loved sports and developed a passion for health, which led him to build a business that could provide a healthy snack to satisfy people’s sweet-tooth. To make his dream a reality, he had to get approval from his family, tackle an education, and beat out dozens of competitors in one of the largest collegiate new venture competitions in the country.

Since Berg Bites initial launch, the company and brand has evolved significantly, including changing its packaging and adding new flavors, like Dark Chocolate Banana Bread and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. The brand has achieved some exciting milestones since launch, including selling to the New Orleans Pelicans and New York Giants, and being rated the number one food product on QVC. Launching in Sprouts marks another huge milestone of growth for the Berg Bites company. The launch brings Berg Bites to over 300 new locations for sale, and expands their presence to Southwest region of the US.
